MONPECC Co-organizes an International Seminar

In cooperation with GTs Advocates LLC, MONPECC co-organized a two-day international seminar on "Mergers & Acquisitions" and "Initial Public Offerings" held during Sep 27-28, 2007, in the Chinggis Khan Hotel Conference Hall.

The seminar presentations were given by guests from Asia and Europe, with expertise in both legal and financial matters. Representatives from the London Stock Exchange, Lowells, and Ernst & Young LLP took part and presented in the seminar, which aimed at providing Mongolian organizations and individuals with awareness on topics related to ‘Mergers and Acquisitions’ (M&A), "Initial Public Offerings" (IPOs), and to have an impact on businesses interested in enhancing their ability to raise capital and achieve business performance targets.
